Our telephone helpline is open four times a week.

Mondays from 7.30pm till 9.30pm

Tuesdays from 1.00pm till 5.00pm

Thursdays from 7.30pm till 9.30pm

Fridays from 10.00am till 2.00pm

At any other time there is an answerphone that you can leave a message on if you want to, if you want us to ring you back please make sure you speak clearly and leave a number that is safe for us to call and speak to you on.

All of our helpline workers are specially trained to listen and talk to you about whatever you want to tell us.  We might ask you some questions to try and help us understand how you are feeling or to help you talk about it. You don’t have to answer them if you don’t want to, whatever you want to tell us is completely up to you.

If you need to hang up or don’t want to carry on talking for any reason, that’s ok, you can call us back another time.
