For survivors and their family or friends via our telephone helpline on 01905 724514 (Worcestershire) and 01432 344777 (Herefordshire). All of our helpline operators are female, and are trained to a Nationally Accredited level. All calls are treated with the strictest confidentiality.
If you would like counselling, we will arrange an initial appointment to talk to you to identify your immediate needs. We will then organise a counsellor to provide you with the regular support you are seeking.
Independent Sexual Violence Advisor
The Independent Sexual Violence Advisors are based at both Worcestershire and Herefordshire Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centres. The female advisor can offer practical and emotional support to individuals over 11 years of age who have experienced sexual violence.
Children and Young People’s Service
West Mercia Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Centre provides a private and confidential service for children and young people aged 11 years and over. You can contact us if you have experienced any form of sexual abuse or touching, or are worried about something.
West Midlands Paediatric Sexual Assault Service
The West Midlands Paediatric Sexual Assault Service (PSAS) provides a 24/7 ‘one-stop’ open service to anyone up to the age of 17 who has been the victim of rape, sexual violence and/or sexual abuse.
We provide a signposting service aimed to help survivors, supporters and professionals identify other services that may be of help.
