Seeking help and making contact with WMRSASC
WMRSASC encourages individuals to self-refer but we also accept referrals from other agencies or representatives if this makes it easier for them to access our services. You can make a referral online by clicking here.
When you ring the helpline you will be treated with sensitivity and respect. At WMRSASC we recognise how hard it is to make that call and we will do all that we can to support you.
Telephone helplines: 01905 724514 (Worcestershire) or 01432 344777 (Herefordshire)
Helpline opening times:
|Monday||6.00pm to 8.00pm|
|Tuesday||1.00pm to 5.00pm|
|Thursday||6.00pm to 8.00pm|
|Friday||10.00am to 2.00pm|
At any other time you can use our answer machine and leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. Our counsellors will be discreet when returning your call, however if you have a preferred or ‘safe’ time for us to call you back please do let us know.
Almost all individuals who call the helpline will call more than once, many becoming regular callers, sometimes over many years. Callers are always told how the line works so they are aware that they are not able to call and speak to the same supporter every time but that whoever they do speak to will offer just as much time and compassion.
